Shipping Information / Return Policy

airTrakpro air tracks are all made to order with love.

When you place an order, our airTrakpro production team bounces into action and starts by selecting only quality materials that is needed to make your personalised air track with your selected colour and selected size.

Our team will then take their time by carefully constructing your masterpiece airTrakpro, making sure that every seam and every valve is just right. When the team is satisfied with your air Track, they will place the final touches on with the logo and centre line. This process usually takes a whole day to complete and longer for larger size air tracks.

When your airTrakpro is finally finished the team will hand over to an airTrakpro quality control master. The master will inflate your airTrakpro for the first time excited to see your airTrakpro come to life. It is now the master's responsibility to make sure everything is 100% perfect.

When the master is satisfied, it is now time for your airTrakpro to rest before it makes the long journey to it's new home. The resting period is usually 3 days, with every day your airTrakpro's air pressure is taken to make sure it is healthy and ready for it's new home.

After the mandatory rest period your airtrakpro is given the final health check. When you airTrakpro has been given it's approval for discharge your airTrakpro is prepared to be shipped and is partnered with an air pump, repair patches and is packed carefully in its very own storage bag.

Your airTrakpro is now handed to our experienced shipping expert, who organises the travel plans for your airTrakpro to its new home. We only trust the best when organising the delivery of your airTrakpro and they are instructed to take care of your airTrakpro while it makes it long journey to its new home.

When your airTrakpro is on its way we will send you tracking details so you can follow its journey to your home.

Please Note: Our prices do not include any customs duty that may or may not be payable in your country for international imports. You are liable for any costs imposed on you by your country customs or import duty companies.

Deliver is usually between 2 - 4 weeks.

PLEASE CHECK YOUR COUNTRIES IMPORT DUTY AND TAX REQUIREMENTS. AIRTRAKPRO WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN PAYING ANY IMPORT DUTIES OR TAXES THAT MAY BE REQUIRED TO CLEAR YOUR GOODS FROM CUSTOMS.

    

 

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@airtrak.com.au.

Sale items 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@airtrak.com.au and send your item to: airtrak Pty Ltd, 112 Beach Road, Parkdale VIC 3195, Australia.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
